The goal
SimplyBuilt was our contribution to the No-Code movement within the design world. On par with Wix and SquareSpace, SimplyBuilt allowed anyone to build professional websites quickly and affordably.
As a small team of 3 ux/vx designers, 6 engineers and 1 writer,
we all contributed in true multi-disciplinary, cross-functional fashion.
I was involved in every stage of UX, Visual and Content Design. Each sprint discussing strategy, progress, delegating tasks, research synthesis, user-testing and feature enhancements.

Drag & drop components onto the page, then edit each item directly in-line. No code necessary for quick text and image edits across your entire website or online store.
Custom Code Embedding
Adding custom plug-ins to your site such your Twitter feeds or an Instagram reel using custom CSS, Javascript, and HTML blocks.
Our Marketing media
We had fun. When a feature was shipped, I created the visual content and illustrations for all social platforms. I was also developing the persona of SimplyBuilt's mascot, Simon.
Storyboarding & Animation
As SimplyBuilt was growing, the demand for customer support became priority. I created several animated instructional shorts to help customers familiarize themselves with the UI and individual features.
